About the role

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive go‑to‑market sales strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and Microsoft solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, fostering industry expertise and customer‑centric solutions.
• Coach managers and sales teams on scalable execution, revenue maximization, and consumption growth.
• Establish and maintain an executive network of partners and customers, representing Microsoft as a thought leader.
• Oversee business planning beyond fiscal year boundaries, set performance expectations, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage people development, performance, and project execution within the sales organization.
