Sales Manager / Associate Director – QA Testing Software Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager / Associate Director to lead QA testing software sales across the GCC region from our Saudi Arabia office. The role requires strong expertise in software sales and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads using traditional and digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the GCC.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention and uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for IT solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline to align with market dynamics and organisational goals.
• Develop and execute region‑specific sales strategies and adapt to cultural business nuances.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of IT/software sales experience with a focus on GCC markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances in the GCC.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance.
