Sales Manager – Cardiometabolic & Rapid Diagnostics

About the role

Abbott is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the Cardiometabolic and Rapid Diagnostics portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will drive the adoption of point‑of‑care testing across public and private hospitals and primary care settings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and develop key accounts for Abbott’s Cardiometabolic products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in government, public health and local authority sectors.
• Implement national and regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional projects to expand market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high performance in healthcare sales.
• Minimum five years (60 months) of relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.
