Sales Manager – Coffee Roastery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales for a coffee roastery based in Riyadh. The role focuses on expanding the client base across cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers and corporate customers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers and corporate accounts.
• Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee and related products.
• Manage key accounts and foster long‑term partnerships.
• Handle negotiations, proposals, pricing and closing of deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in coffee roastery, coffee, F&B or FMCG.
• Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market.
• Proven B2B sales and business development track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of the Saudi coffee/F&B market.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
