About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the sales and distribution of gas compression and power generation equipment, including natural gas compressors, turbine generator packages, and related solutions, to customers in the oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key client contacts.
- Create and execute market penetration plans, sales strategies, and tactical business plans.
- Monitor market dynamics, conduct competitor analysis, and produce research reports to support decision‑making.
- Perform volume and margin analysis, support tender activities, and resolve customer operational issues.
- Maintain pricing performance integrity and enhance customer perception of value.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas sector, including relevant standards, regulations, and market operations.
- Established connections with National Oil Companies and Oil Service Companies in Saudi Arabia.
