Sales Manager – Fasteners (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Fasteners to lead business growth and market expansion across Saudi Arabia for a leading fastening solutions provider. The role combines strategic sales planning, customer development and close collaboration with technical teams to deliver tailored fastening solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to increase fastener sales and market share in KSA.
• Identify and acquire new customers, projects and distribution channels within construction and related sectors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, contractors, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitor activity.
• Work with technical teams to recommend appropriate fastening solutions for project specifications.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting margins and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast results and spot new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking platforms across Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in fasteners, construction, hardware or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market with an established network of customers and industry contacts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
