Sales Manager - Flexible Packaging

About the role

The client is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer operating across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Business Development to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the flexible packaging portfolio.
• Identify and convert new customer and market opportunities to drive revenue and profitability growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and industrial customers across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and collections, ensuring accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal technical, production and commercial teams to propose suitable packaging solutions and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of sales or business development experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Proven track record of new customer acquisition and key account management in the Saudi market.
• Established network among FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and industrial customers.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology or a related discipline (preferred).
