About the role
Bayut, the leading property portal in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive integrated services across the real‑estate market. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, develop strategic plans, and build strong client relationships to exceed revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real‑estate sales professionals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to align the team with organisational objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent Bayut at industry events and showcase services to attract partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3‑5 years of experience in the Saudi real‑estate or property sales sector.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends and sales data.
- Strong commitment to exceptional client service.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience using sales performance tracking tools.
