Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager with Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality for our guests, generating and managing group sales while delivering memorable experiences. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into successful events and stays.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead generation goals.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue.
• Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate customer requirements for rooms, food & beverage, and meeting spaces, ensuring accurate entry in the sales management system.
