Sales Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

Qureos is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business growth across its logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL solutions in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background in the logistics sector and a proven ability to acquire new clients and manage key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, acquire, and nurture new B2B clients across logistics, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and report regularly to management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or 3PL.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Established network of corporate clients in the Saudi market (highly preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
