Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Saudi Arabia, based in Dammam. The role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers and achieving personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery.
• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and community networking.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts and handle customer correspondence.
• Identify market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and use this knowledge to maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards to drive loyalty and account growth.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of market dynamics, target customers and service expectations.
• Proven track record of meeting personal sales goals.
