Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of a specialty coffee company in Riyadh. The role focuses on expanding B2B relationships across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Develop business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail.
• Manage the sales pipeline, proposals, negotiations and closures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the coffee/F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network within the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
