Sales Manager – Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of a specialty coffee brand in Riyadh. The role focuses on expanding B2B relationships across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new corporate and B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Generate business opportunities across cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail outlets.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from proposals and negotiations to closing deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the coffee or F&B industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Established network and proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi coffee market; English required, Arabic an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
