About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead growth initiatives for a premium private‑aviation provider, shaping and executing sales and marketing strategies across global markets and sister companies. This hands‑on leader combines strong deal‑making ability with strategic oversight, leveraging modern tools—including AI—to maximise performance and conversion.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and revenue generation in key markets, structuring and closing high‑value deals.
  • Develop and execute luxury‑aligned marketing strategies across digital, performance and relationship‑driven channels.
  • Utilise AI‑enabled tools to enhance lead generation, targeting, personalisation and campaign optimisation.
  • Operate as an operator: directly manage campaigns, outreach, sales funnels and client journeys.
  • Build and maintain networks with UHNW individuals, corporate decision‑makers and government clients.
  • Gather client and market intelligence to translate insights into actionable sales and marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations and leadership to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities.

Required profile

  • Commercially driven professional with a proven track record in luxury or high‑value sales.
  • Hands‑on executor who thrives under pressure and delivers results quickly.
  • Exceptional networking ability within elite circles and the capacity to represent the brand at high‑profile events.
  • Deep understanding of UHNW client behaviour, preferences and decision drivers.
  • Strong cross‑functional coordination skills.
