Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our sales team and help achieve ambitious revenue targets. In this role you will generate new business opportunities, manage leads, and build lasting client relationships while delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities and work toward assigned sales targets.
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Follow up with leads from initial contact through successful closing.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals.
• Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM systems.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer information regularly.
• Achieve key sales KPIs and monitor conversion rates and performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines and KPIs.
• Ability to work toward targets and meet deadlines.
• Strong persuasion and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in technology, software or SaaS sales is strongly preferred.
