Sales Representative – Customer Service & Vehicle Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Marketing and Sales team in Jeddah. The role involves greeting customers, handling inquiries, pricing and inspecting vehicles, and finalising sales contracts while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the reception area during working hours.
• Handle all customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
• Price and inspect vehicles for customers upon arrival.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
• Transfer customers who have received their vehicles to the Customer Service Department.
• Escalate external complaints to Customer Service and internal complaints to the Sales Coordinator.
• Deliver vehicles to customers after transaction completion.
• Maintain the visitor logbook and submit daily reports via email.
• Move and reposition vehicles as needed and keep the front area clear.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding maintenance and service related to signed contracts.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Entry‑level experience (less than 1‑3 years).
