Sales Representative

About the role

Masar, a specialized addiction rehabilitation centre in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to join its teams in Jeddah (and Riyadh). The role focuses on connecting prospective clients and partner organisations with Masar’s holistic recovery services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct informational consultations with individuals and organisations.
• Generate, qualify and follow up leads, maintaining accurate records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Represent Masar at relevant events, outreach activities and partner meetings.
• Contribute to sales strategies that align with the centre’s mission and ethical standards.
• Travel as required between Jeddah and Riyadh locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, Respiratory Therapy, Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, laboratory or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• High level of confidentiality, cultural sensitivity and compassion when dealing with clients.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a CRM system to track leads and outcomes.
