Sales Representative – Maintenance & Field Services

About the role

The Sales Representative will develop and manage sales opportunities for maintenance and field service solutions supporting mission‑critical facilities, including power systems, UPS, generators, HVAC/CRAC, low‑current and data‑center environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with customers in mission‑critical, data‑center, facilities‑management and industrial sectors.
• Promote preventive and corrective maintenance services for UPS systems, batteries, generators, electrical and HVAC/CRAC systems, low‑current systems and data‑center facilities.
• Identify customer maintenance needs, conduct site visits and surveys, and recommend appropriate service contracts.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, maintenance contracts and technical‑commercial offers in coordination with engineering and field‑service teams.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, tenders and contracts from enquiry through negotiation, award and service commencement.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and monitor market developments and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in maintenance, field services, facilities management, data‑centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record selling maintenance contracts, service agreements or spare parts.
• Strong business development, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits and business‑development activities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, generators and electrical systems.
• Understanding of HVAC/CRAC and low‑current systems.
• Familiarity with data‑center environments and mission‑critical facilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales‑management tools.
