Sales Representative - Modern Trade

About the role

The Sales Representative – Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth across Modern Trade accounts in Jeddah. You will ensure product availability, execute promotional activities, and build strong relationships with key customers to meet volume and value targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full product availability, including new product launches, across all assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Prevent out‑of‑stock situations through effective replenishment and order management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and distribution.
• Execute in‑store activities, promotions, planograms, and visibility executions according to commercial guidelines.
• Collect and manage purchase orders and upload them accurately into the SAP system.
• Monitor and report competitor activities such as pricing, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain an accurate and updated customer database and sales documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports covering sales vs. targets, KPIs, and market feedback.
• Identify business growth opportunities within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
• Drive on‑time payment collection following approved credit terms.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, standards, and trade agreements.
• Uphold Nestlé’s commitment to quality, safety, and ethical business practices during field operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within Modern Trade.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide market insights.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
