Sales Representative – Modern Trade

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive point‑of‑sale volumes and product placements within the Modern Trade channel. You will manage a defined territory, work closely with retailers, and ensure alignment with corporate sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned points of sale to verify product availability, correct placement, pricing visibility, and appropriate advertising materials.
• Take orders for quantity and assortment to achieve targeted visibility and maintain stock levels.
• Identify and develop new business growth opportunities.
• Communicate catalogue updates, promotional offers, and placement optimization to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with store counterparts and coordinate merchandising activities.
• Report on trade‑field performance, sales conditions, retail price trends, and KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with Field/Regional Manager, Category Management, and Merchandisers.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
