Sales Representative - Transportation & Infrastructure

About the role

The Musco Transportation & Infrastructure team is hiring a Sales Representative for its Dammam office in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the sales plan for a defined territory or project type, aiming to exceed sales and profitability targets while developing new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Management to define territory strategy and generate new project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, specifiers and end‑users in the transportation and infrastructure market.
• Assess lighting needs, prepare quotes using pricing tools, and negotiate prices and credit terms.
• Present Musco products and services through meetings, field visits, trade shows and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate project information in the sales database and provide regular reports to Sales Management.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Communications or Marketing with 3‑5 years of sales experience (or equivalent).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to attend extended in‑person training at Musco’s headquarters in Iowa, USA.
• Proven record of selling technical products.
• Ability to travel up to 50 % of the time across KSA and the GCC.
• Strong organizational, customer‑service and communication skills.
