Sales Specialist – Heavy Machinery

About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive growth for XCMG Group in the heavy machinery market across Saudi Arabia. You will build a robust sales pipeline, nurture client relationships and deliver product demonstrations that showcase our equipment’s value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy machinery sector.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals and close sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences, feeding insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions and contracts in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience in road machinery, heavy machinery or a related industry.
• Valid Saudi Arabia driver’s license.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
