Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will expand HeavyTech Experts' service and spare‑parts business across the Eastern Province, managing a personal client portfolio from enquiry through order completion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a target account list of ports, yards, plants and equipment owners and register HeavyTech as a vendor.
• Conduct site surveys with the technical team, define scope and prepare offers using company templates.
• Price work with the internal pricing model, protect margin during negotiations and close orders.
• Hand over won orders to operations and support invoicing and collection processes.
• Keep the CRM, pipeline and forecast accurate and report weekly to management.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a valid driving licence.
• Degree in engineering, business, a technical diploma or equivalent practical experience; new graduates are welcome.
• 2‑5 years of technical or equipment sales experience or a client‑facing technical role is an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic and working English.
• Willingness to spend most of the week on client sites in yards, ports and workshops.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• IOSH certification or OSHA 30 safety certification (if held).
• Ability to conduct equipment surveys and prepare technical offers.
