Sales Specialist – Medical Devices

About the role

The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of medical‑device products across a defined region. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales of company products and services to existing and prospective clients, including remote areas.
• Maintain and expand client relationships to grow market reach.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, CRM updates, and competitor analyses using MIS tools.
• Communicate new product offerings and field feedback to internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to sustain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet all sales‑closing requirements.
• Monitor annual sales targets and manage product stock levels.
• Engage customers to understand needs and provide optimal solutions.
• Utilise JD Edwards for sales and stock monitoring, keeping data current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, nursing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, specifically surgical equipment, electrosurgery, energy devices or OR technologies.
• Hands‑on experience providing intra‑operative support, clinical demonstrations and troubleshooting in the operating room.
• Strong technical understanding of surgical energy technologies and related instruments.
