Sales Specialist – Member Experience Crew (MEC)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Sales Specialist to join our Member Experience Crew (MEC) at Arena Fitness in Riyadh. The role blends sales, front‑desk service and administrative duties to deliver an exceptional experience for members and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new membership leads through calls, referrals, community outreach and field visits.
• Convert prospects into members via consultations, needs assessments, club tours and follow‑up.
• Promote membership packages, seasonal offers, payment plans and ancillary services such as personal training, MyZone products and retail items.
• Manage membership renewals, build relationships to enhance retention and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Welcome members and visitors, handle front‑desk operations, respond to inquiries and support daily member engagement.
• Conduct floor walk‑throughs, ensure club cleanliness, support opening/closing procedures and report maintenance issues.
• Handle member complaints professionally, escalate when needed and keep accurate records.
• Process payments, issue receipts, maintain transaction records and update member information.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or the fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and work flexible shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
