Sales Supervisor – FMCG, Cosmetics & Personal Care

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and supervise a team of Sales Representatives in an assigned Saudi region, driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, developing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives across the territory, setting clear objectives aligned with regional targets.
• Monitor daily field activities, customer visits, coverage, and sales performance, conducting regular field visits for practical coaching.
• Achieve assigned monthly and regional sales targets, identifying corrective actions when performance falls short.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, expanding product distribution and market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Review sales reports, track KPIs, and coordinate with Marketing and other departments to support commercial objectives.
• Manage customer credit limits, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with Finance to mitigate credit risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience with proven field‑team supervision.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty or Pharmacy Chains sectors.
• Strong knowledge of customers, points of sale and distribution channels in the assigned region.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and opening new accounts.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid driving licence and ability to travel regularly.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
• Familiarity with performance‑tracking systems.
