Sales Supervisor – Showroom Operations

About the role

The Sales Supervisor leads daily showroom sales operations for Al Futtaim Automotive’s BYD brand in Saudi Arabia. You will coach a team of Sales Executives, manage lead flow, and ensure a consistent, brand‑standard customer experience while driving unit sales, F&I penetration, and trade‑in targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily sales activities through huddles, target tracking, and activity planning.
• Allocate walk‑in customers, digital leads, and key accounts based on team workload and conversion capability.
• Coach Sales Executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
• Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and dealership expectations.
• Support complex negotiations, approve discounts, F&I proposals, and trade‑in valuations within delegated authority.
• Maintain 100% lead capture, accurate CRM/DMS data entry, and pipeline visibility.
• Ensure showroom presentation, vehicle display, and demo fleet meet brand standards.
• Handle customer escalations to protect NPS/CSV performance and coordinate with Handover, F&I, and Aftersales teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a sales team in an automotive showroom environment.
• Strong ability to allocate leads, manage pipelines, and drive conversion rates.
• Excellent coaching and performance‑monitoring skills.
• Capability to handle high‑value negotiations and make discount decisions within authority.
• Focus on delivering a customer‑first experience and maintaining brand standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/DMS systems for lead management and reporting.
