About the role
We are actively looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our eXtra Store in Alkharj. The role involves leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve section sales performance and meet assigned KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Drive section sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor team performance and identify development needs.
- Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
- Support inventory accuracy and overall section operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or a diploma with strong relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of retail sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or Team Leader role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail seasons.
