Salesperson - Dammam

About the role

The Salesperson will drive growth in the Dammam market by identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products and services, and building lasting relationships. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets while delivering a professional sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals and key performance indicators.
• Prospect new opportunities through calls, visits, digital channels and market research.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Dammam and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and submit quotations, sales orders and proposals following company procedures.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, deliveries and payments to support conversion.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations and site visits as required.
• Keep accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing in the Dammam market.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, field sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, generate leads and develop customer relationships.
• Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within Dammam area.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred for local communication.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales applications.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
