Salesperson – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to drive growth in Riyadh. You will identify customer needs, present our products and services, and build lasting relationships while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, lead follow‑up and market research.
• Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales proposals, orders and related documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback in the Riyadh market.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and escalate issues when required.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail sales, business development or customer‑facing roles.
• Experience in the Riyadh market and knowledge of local customer segments (preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within Riyadh.
• Self‑motivated, organized, results‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
