SAP BTP Developer

About the role

AlWatania Information Systems is looking for a skilled SAP BTP Developer to join its technology team. You will design, develop, and deploy cloud‑native applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform, helping clients accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement applications and services using SAP BTP components such as Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA and Integration Suite.
• Create extensions and custom solutions with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5 and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Configure, deploy and maintain SAP BTP services, including workflow automation, data management and analytics.
• Ensure coding, testing and documentation follow best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep systems stable and performant.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SAP BTP trends, tools and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP BTP development or comparable cloud development roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform services and architecture.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5 and application development using Java, Node.js or similar languages.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA, CDS views and database management.
• Understanding of integration technologies such as SAP CPI, REST APIs and OData services.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and proactive attitude.
