SAP FSM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading organization in the power generation equipment sector. The role involves configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP FSM modules within a complex enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP FSM solutions, including service call and work order management.
• Plan, dispatch, and manage mobile field service activities using Smartforms.
• Integrate SAP FSM with S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP CS/EAM, and SAP CPI.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes, equipment, warranty, and spare parts management.
• Lead fit‑to‑standard analysis, UAT, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of overall SAP experience with 2–3 years dedicated to SAP FSM.
• Minimum two end‑to‑end SAP FSM project deliveries.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred SAP CS / S/4HANA Service certification and experience in utilities, manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial equipment.
