SAP Project Manager (Tax Reform)

About the role

This is a remote, part‑time opportunity to lead a strategic SAP tax reform project within a global pharmaceutical environment. You will take ownership of project planning, execution, risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery coordination. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, connecting stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines, priorities and business objectives.
• Own and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and priorities throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate global and cross‑functional teams, clarifying responsibilities, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the main interface between business stakeholders, technical teams and other project participants.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, blockers and dependencies, and define mitigation actions and escalations.
• Lead project meetings and provide structured status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience with substantial project management background.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects from planning through delivery, preferably with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to lead meetings with international stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Availability to work four hours per day during Brazilian business hours.
