Scaffolding Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Material Rental Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships within the construction and industrial sectors. The role involves generating new business opportunities, preparing technical quotations, managing tenders, and delivering customized scaffolding and access solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leasing work of scaffolding material, actively explore the leasing market, expand business channels, and achieve the annual sales target.
• Conduct customer visits, attend company meetings and follow daily work management requirements.
• Track and nurture relationships with key customers, exploring market information and communicating effectively.
• Ensure timely return of rented equipment and reduce bad accounts receivable.
• Perform other tasks and ad‑hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–7 years of experience in scaffolding material rental sales.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Cuplock, Ringlock, Tube & Clamp) and related safety standards.
• Proven B2B sales and client‑management capabilities.
• Ability to prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
• Experience conducting site visits and understanding project needs.
