Sea Logistics Sales Representative – Riyadh

About the role

As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative you will drive new business opportunities for Kuehne+Nagel in Riyadh, focusing on small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises. You will act as a trusted partner for customers, delivering tailored sea freight solutions and ensuring commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers.
• Take pricing decisions in alignment with Customer Care Managers and prepare quotations using online tools.
• Demonstrate deep product and trade‑lane knowledge and deliver presentations on Sea Logistics services.
• Monitor competition, gather market pricing information and report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
• Onboard new customers, complete the Customer Promise/CCL handover form and maintain accurate records in CoreLOG.
• Perform CRM activities, regularly review customer portfolios with CCL managers and close sales deals.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of proven field sales experience in forwarding or logistics.
• Reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanor with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CoreLOG system for customer data management.
• CRM tools for sales activities.
