Section Head – OT Security Defense

About the role

The Section Head – OT Security Defense will lead Tasnee’s Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity program from our Jubail site. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Security, you will be responsible for protecting critical industrial control systems and ensuring the resilience of OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, test and operate security processes for OT and Industrial Control Systems.
• Guide security architecture, including threat detection and response solutions, across the OT domain.
• Lead a dedicated OT cybersecurity team, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Communicate cyber risk posture, financial impacts and mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives to meet organizational requirements.
• Conduct OT site assessments, identify critical assets and develop risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor compliance with security policies, track audit findings and ensure timely remediation.

Required profile

• Degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years of experience in risk management, OT cybersecurity and OT environments.
• Professional security management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is desirable.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage budgets.
