Security Delivery Consultant

About the role

Join Accenture Security as a Security Delivery Consultant, a senior cybersecurity practitioner responsible for strengthening clients’ Security Operations Center capabilities. You will lead incident response, detection engineering and endpoint and network monitoring while guiding teams through complex investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance incident response plans, SOC policies, processes and operational playbooks.
• Design, tune and optimise SIEM correlation and detection rules, integrating telemetry from EDR and NDR solutions.
• Administer and optimise enterprise Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Network Detection and Response (NDR) technologies across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Lead investigations of complex cyber‑security events, providing technical guidance and on‑call support.
• Produce high‑quality cyber intelligence and incident reports for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Strong experience in SOC environments and incident response, including development of IR plans and playbooks.
• Hands‑on expertise with SIEM, EDR and NDR technologies and integration of these platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse security events, develop detection rules and conduct threat‑hunting activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical findings for senior management.
• Willingness to support operational escalations and participate in on‑call rotations.
