Security Guard

About the role

The Security Guard will help maintain a safe and secure environment across the site by monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents. This position ensures the protection of people, property, and assets while supporting overall site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control site access, verify identification, and log visitor entries.
• Conduct regular patrols to safeguard premises and assets.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Assist with traffic control and manage entry/exit points when required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong observation and communication abilities.
• Calm and effective handling of emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
• Physically fit, able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
