Security Manager I

About the role

The Security Manager I assists the Director of Security in daily security operations for a Sheraton hotel in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on protecting guests, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and corporate procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security staff deployment, conduct patrols of the property and parking areas, and inspect security equipment to ensure functionality.
• Develop and implement emergency procedures, investigate property losses, and coordinate with local law enforcement.
• Maintain logs, certifications, and required documentation, and report accidents and liability incidents to the Claims Reporting Service.
• Lead and coach security teams, handle guest complaints, and promote a safe environment for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of security/loss‑prevention experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Criminal Justice with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security operations, conduct investigations, and enforce safety policies.
