Security Manager – Resort

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Security Manager to lead safety and security initiatives across its luxury resort. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will ensure a secure environment for guests, staff, and assets while aligning with Hyatt International standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive safety and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protect employees and assets.
• Oversee daily security operations and maintain a safe environment for guests, employees and visitors.
• Establish emergency protocols and train staff and security personnel in response procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and improve existing safety measures.
• Collaborate with senior management to align security practices with corporate standards.

Required profile

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in a large hotel or resort.
• Strong operational, administrative and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive security issues.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fire safety regulations.
• Familiarity with security systems.
• Expertise in emergency preparedness.
