Security Officer

About the role

As a Security Officer at Dijiwa Sanctuaries, you will be the quiet guardian of guests’ peace, ensuring safety while embodying the genuine hospitality that defines the brand. You will work closely with operations and guest services to maintain a secure environment and contribute to a seamless, personalized guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitoring all areas of the property to ensure safety and security for guests, staff, and property.
• Conducting regular patrols throughout the resort premises, including guest areas, back‑of‑house, and perimeter.
• Managing access control points and monitoring CCTV systems to maintain comprehensive security oversight.
• Responding promptly and professionally to any security concerns or incidents while maintaining calm and discretion.
• Assisting guests with directions, information, and special requests in a warm and helpful manner.
• Collaborating with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and special events.
• Maintaining detailed incident reports and documentation as required by company standards.
• Participating in emergency response procedures and staff training programs.
