Security Operation Senior Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Security Operation Senior Expert to lead and enhance our cybersecurity operations across the network, systems and applications. The role ensures proactive threat monitoring, incident response and continuous improvement of security controls in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous monitoring of networks, applications, systems and integration points with mission‑critical clients to detect and respond to threats.
• Oversee implementation and effectiveness of security controls, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory mandates.
• Manage SOC activities, including threat detection, incident triage, response coordination and resolution within defined service levels.
• Analyze incidents, attack patterns and threat trends to provide root‑cause analysis and corrective recommendations.
• Drive vulnerability management, patch management, system hardening and security configuration reviews.
• Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing and remediation planning across critical assets.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation, evidence and operational records for audits and compliance.
• Provide risk insights, incident updates and security recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex security projects.
