About the role

As a Security Superhero you will be the front‑line guardian of guest safety and property at a Hilton hotel. You’ll combine hospitality spirit with vigilant security practices to ensure every stay is safe and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to identify and mitigate safety and security risks.
• Coordinate emergency responses for incidents such as fires, medical situations, and security threats.
• Train, schedule, and supervise a team of security guards/officers, providing guidance and performance support.
• Perform preliminary investigations of incidents, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices among staff.
• Step in to fulfill security officer duties when additional coverage is needed.
