About the role
Securitas Saudi Arabia is looking for a qualified Security Supervisor to manage daily security operations in Riyadh. The role involves supervising security officers, ensuring policy compliance, handling incidents, and coordinating with clients and management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Security Officers and oversee daily security operations
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and operational procedures
- Handle security incidents and prepare accurate incident reports
- Coordinate security activities with clients and management
- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance monitoring
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, supervision, or equivalent
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required
