Security Supervisor – Saudi National (Hotel)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Security Supervisor who will lead the security team on the hotel floor. You will work closely with the Security Management team to ensure safety standards are met, protect guests and property, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monitoring and maintenance of all security equipment, ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
• Observe hotel operations and report water leakages or unnecessary electricity usage to relevant departments.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to verify compliance and detect prohibited or stolen items.
• Participate in colleague engagement activities such as sports events and workshops.
• Investigate and report reasons for security officers arriving late, and support corrective actions.
• Monitor punctuality and attendance during shifts and prepare required reports.
• Assist security officers with self‑assessments and personal development documentation.
• Help create duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Act as a point of support during daily operations and assist with incident handling and escalation.

Required profile

• High school education.
• Fluency in Arabic; English knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with guests, colleagues, and third parties.
• Excellent organizational and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise, support, and guide security officers during shifts.
• Experience with duty rosters or shift planning is preferred.
