Security Supervisor (Saudi National) – Jumeirah The Red Sea

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the on‑site security team at Jumeirah The Red Sea, ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff and VIPs. This position is open to Saudi nationals and reports directly to the Duty Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, covering all critical areas.
• Monitor and enforce access‑control procedures at entry points.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, escalating and documenting as required.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents and investigations.
• Support event security planning and VIP movements in coordination with the Duty Manager.
• Conduct equipment checks for emergency gear and report any deficiencies.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve security‑related concerns.
• Assist in training new officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
• Promote a safety culture through briefings and awareness programs.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations, preferably with team coordination.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating security officers.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
