Senior 3D Designer – Events & Experiential

About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Designer to join our creative team and lead the development of 3D concepts and visual designs for events, brand activations, exhibitions, and immersive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality 3D concepts, designs, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.
• Translate creative briefs and client requirements into detailed 3D environments, including stages, booths, pavilions, installations and scenic elements.
• Produce detailed 3D models, renders, walkthroughs and presentation visuals for client and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Event Producers, Project Managers and other designers to refine concepts and ensure feasibility.
• Prepare accurate design files and visual materials to support production and execution teams, and review designs with fabrication specialists.
• Mentor junior 3D designers and manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Design or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, experiential or brand activation projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event spaces, stages, exhibitions, activations and installations.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D design and visualization software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, V‑Ray or Corona.
• Solid understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, scale, proportions and event production requirements.
