Senior 3D Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior 3D Designer to lead the creation of immersive 3D concepts for events, brand activations, exhibitions, and experiential projects. You will transform creative ideas and client briefs into compelling visual environments while ensuring practicality for production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality 3D concepts, designs, and visualizations for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Translate briefs and client requirements into detailed 3D environments, stages, booths, pavilions, and installations.
• Produce 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Event Producers, and Project Managers to refine concepts.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, budget constraints, venue specifications, and technical feasibility.
• Prepare accurate design files and visual materials to support production and execution teams.
• Conduct site assessments and adapt designs to space and site conditions.
• Mentor junior 3D designers and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, experiential or brand activation projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event spaces, stages, exhibitions, installations, and immersive environments.
