Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM)

About the role

Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM) professional to join our team in Jeddah. The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management solutions, ensuring secure and controlled access across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IAM & PAM solutions, focusing on One Identity and Delinea.
• Manage user access, authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle processes.
• Implement RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), MFA, and SSO.
• Manage privileged accounts and secure privileged credentials.
• Support access governance, security monitoring, and incident response.
• Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Support security audits and maintain IAM/PAM documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or a related cybersecurity domain.
• Strong hands‑on experience with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance and access controls.
• Knowledge of NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM/PAM vendor certifications are an advantage.
