Senior Account Manager - Neuromodulation

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Account Manager specialized in Neuromodulation to drive sustainable sales growth across Saudi Arabia. You will combine commercial expertise with clinical knowledge to support physicians, deliver product education and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for neuromodulation products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, hospital teams and key stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and deliver product training.
• Achieve sales targets while collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues.
• Mentor and coach less‑experienced sales team members as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and key‑account management abilities.
• Ability to communicate product value and provide clinical support to healthcare professionals.
• Business acumen to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and a valid driver’s license.
